Why is snarkiness in?

Most people will be offended if they are described with the word above. And yet, most of these same people will most likely sing praises or agree with any statement made by prime snarks enumerated below.

Simon Cowell, Donald Trump, Lourd de Veyra, Kris Aquino.

They even have/had their own shows. Highly-rated shows.

They're irritable and proud. They spew scathing fire from their mouth. They take glee in offending people.

They're what sheep want to be without feeling bad about it.

Nonetheless, they're still pretty douchy. At least they're douchy famous.
